Welcome to TÉVI BELLA. These Terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our store. By using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on our website, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential, if you create an account.
  • You agree to provide accurate and current information at checkout, including a correct delivery address and contact number.
  • You may not use our website for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

Product information and pricing

  • We make every effort to describe our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the actual garment.
  • All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotions and discounts are valid for a limited time and may carry additional conditions.

Orders and payment

  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons of stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
  • All orders are prepaid. We accept card payments, bank transfer, and Dialog Genie. We do not offer cash on delivery.
  • Your order is processed once payment has been received and confirmed. Bank transfer orders are confirmed once we receive your payment receipt.
  • Payments are handled by trusted third-party providers. We do not store your full payment details.

Shipping and delivery

  • We deliver island-wide in Sri Lanka for a flat charge of Rs 450.
  • Orders are delivered within 4 to 8 days of confirmed payment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, within 7 days of delivery. Where an item is faulty or incorrect, you keep the item — there is no need to send it back. We do not offer exchanges, and we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of TÉVI BELLA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our website without our written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TÉVI BELLA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or the products purchased from it. Our total liability in respect of any order is limited to the value of that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
